Hey there! My name is Leah, and I’d like to welcome you to Sweet Haven, where I spend my days obsessing about all things fresh. It’s here that I not only handcraft the most vibrant, well-balanced, and highest quality craft cocktail concentrates available, but I absolutely insist on doing it only with simple, natural, and fresh ingredients.
I pile up mountains of citrus and stand slack-jawed as I hold the brilliant neon zest up to the light. I wash bushels of round red apples and can’t help but smile at the perfectly fall aromas and colors of this locally grown fruit. I run my fingers through piles of peppercorns and inhale the earthy aromas as I grate piles of smooth nutmeg seeds into a fine powder. I fill my arms with fresh herbs harvested from my favorite local farms and bask in blissful aromas released from each leaf.
